we borrowed a toddler today.actually, this two year old friend of river's need to get out and do something fun while her family adjusts to their newborn, but it was an eye-opening experience for all of us. even with two extremely sweet-tempered kids (including one who could, amazingly to us, express her needs in sentences), it was still a very hectic morning.
luckily, fun and hats were also had by all.
