ok, ok, i like audrey kawasaki. i resisted for a long time because i have extremely mixed feelings about bodies of work that are so heavily naked and female. but wow, her work is so beautiful. the paintings mostly have visible wood grain, like this one, and they tend to feature a muchaesque combination of naturalism and stylized abstraction, not to mention bizareness and beauty.
