fleur-de-loop

I just finished this commission for someone who wanted a celtic knotwork fleur-de-lis. I really like the way it turned out, particularly the way it kind of references actual lilys (leafy shapes on the sides, cala lily type thing at the top...)

when I draw things like this, sometimes I am really impressed with the results and wonder why I don't do it more often. and then I remember that hardly anyone wants to pay for custom line drawings, and I am usually too super busy and occasionally to lazy to do it for fun.

so, thanks, mercuryzebra, whoever you are. this was fun to work on.
