If I were looking for something to chant in Sanskrit, this would be highly satisfactory.

ReplyDeleteI became interested in Ayurveda a while back, and I definitely think western medicine, and even just the casual reader has something to gain from not only this, but all the traditional medicines. My problem is sifting out the crap. I can't believe swallowing string then pulling it back up is good for you, nor drinking your own urine, or that rhino horn really does help impotency. I really do respect them, and anyone interested in them as well... just, for myself I needed a clearer method.
